Overview

The Mongolian government has been committed to ensuring sustainable funding to the health sector and providing accessible and equitable quality health care to all citizens. As a result of prioritized and targeted efforts, health outcomes and indicators are improving. However, there are still problems associated with quality of care, inefficiency, implementation of reforms.
